OMG this is delicious! What a great, tasty and healthy dessert to serve at parties or wherever. My husband was a bit doubtful when I told him what I was making, but the first taste made him a believer. I am finding myself imagining other ways to use this --- frosting between cookies maybe?

You could. Coconut milk makes it extra rich, but you could easily replace it with any creamy plant-based milk. You might need a little less to get the right consistency so add it gradually. And you can switch the coconut sugar for brown sugar. Hope you enjoy it!
