Cooked vegan crab cakes will keep for 2 to 3 days in the fridge. To reheat, put them on a lined tray in the oven on 350°F for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
I haven't tried freezing them. Potato can go a little grainy once frozen though so it might affect the texture.

I made this recipe tonight! It made so many patties. I crisped them up with Panko and oh boy so delish! Not sure I tasted” crab cakes” but regardless, they turned out amazing! Excited for more tomorrow!

I've never used or tasted kelp granules so I have no idea. You'll have to estimate based on how strong the flavour is compared to nori sheets.
