I made this for dinner and it was delicious! I sautéed the veggies first...I used so many veggies. Today I actually ate the left overs for breakfast. Thank you for a great dish! Looking forward to trying many more <3

Oh wow!!! Modified slightly to suit personal taste - didn't have lime so used lemon - didn't use oil or spicy sauce - but this is absolutely delicious! Even better that it can be freezed - prepped in advance. Thank you so much.
